A Human Resources Manager – HR (iGaming)- Malta is required on a full-time basis to join Avento MT. It is a group of companies with tremote online gambling license (MGA). All the IT development (software), license operation, marketing and so on we do within the group of companies.
Avento MT are seeking an experienced and talented HR Executive to join our fantastic team in the Malta office.

Responsibilities:
Tasks and Responsibilities
Recruitment and Sourcing
Employee onboarding – offboarding coordination
Expierence in onboarding from abroad (EU and non-EU countries)
Training coordination
Employee records administration
Benefits administration
Performance management and improvement systems (Maintaining the HR Data Base and regularly updating the personnel information )
Absence Management
HR Policies and Procedures
GDPR
Payroll assistance
Monthly/yearly reports
Team event organization

Requirements:
Min. 3 years of experience in Human Resources and related field
Degree in Human Resources, advanced degree or professional certification (MQRIC – 5 lvl)
Successful track record in recruitment and relocation
A self-starter, people oriented and results driven
Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Driven, resilient, meticulous and analytical
Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and on your own initiative
