Special requirements: availability of a ready id card, housing in Malta, knowledge of English.

Functional responsibilities:
• ensuring the life of the office;
• implementation of workflow;
• registration and organization of payment of invoices;
• sending / receiving correspondence;
• execution of instructions of the head;
• organization of business trips;
• control over the proper condition of office equipment;
• organization of corporate culture of the company;
• organization and holding of corporate events;
• interaction with visa centers;
• Providing assistance to the office staff in resolving problems arising during the work;
